Discovering your own personal positive core can be one of the most empowering activities you can experience. Not only is the process of discovery enlightening in itself, but the following ability to exercise and control your positive core gives you a powerful tool in your wellbeing arsenal.
If you would like to be able to refer to yourself as ‘worthy‘, ‘capable‘ and ‘in-control‘ then discovering and exercising your positive core is essential preparation.

How this works:
Discovering your positive core involves 2 one2one sessions with me; in-person if you are within 15 miles of Bedford, UK or via video-call if not.
We’ll run through many different exercises and discussions to find those energy-giving traits and I’ll help you to understand how you can exercise and apply them to your life to flourish.
We’ll also run through how to use your positive core to engage issues, problems and challenges with a more reflective and authentic approach.
